PRINCIPLES & VALUES
- Sincerity, confidentiality, honesty and respect for our client form the basis of our relationship.
- We defend our clients’ interests with courage, persistence and tenacity, and when necessary, without relenting. We act in their name and represent them in the best way we can. We use all the resources at our disposal to defend their interests.
- Listening to our client is fundamental, as is his or her lawyer’s objectivity and integrity.
- We offer our clients personal treatment. The client has the same lawyer from beginning to end. We accompany our client in person whenever possible.
- We act with the greatest respect, seriousness and honesty towards our clients, our collaborators, our opponents if there are any, our colleagues, towards society, public and private institutions, and towards Spanish and international laws.
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted on 10th December 1948 by the General Assembly of the United Nations, will always guide our decision-making, our internal organisation, the activities and cases in which Bennet & Rey is involved, in accordance with European and Spanish legislation.
- Bennet & Rey has no involvement in activities or business which may be harmful to others.
- We are open to change at all times, with continuous training, so that we can provide the best, up-to-date legal service.
- We are open to any technological change and innovations which can be beneficial to our work.
- We are committed to the needs of society and to the environment. Our activities are intended to cause as little damage as possible to the environment.
